Hiring Keiana and Hailey of Simply Golden was probably the best decision we made when planning our May 2022 wedding. Having not used an event planner (and being somewhat overwhelmed between the wedding and our day jobs), Keiana and Hailey were able to swoop in during the last month leading up to our big day and keep us on task, while being positive and pleasant to work with. They made excellent recommendations, such as an affordable florist, and were true pros throughout the process. On the wedding day, we threw some curveballs at them (the best man decided to shave 5 minutes before the wedding was set to start 🙂 but they managed to keep us on schedule. I would absolutely hire Simply Golden again.

Working with Keiana and Hailey brought so much ease to me and my entire team at our event. Keiana was always 5 steps ahead and thinking through every scenario so we were never caught by surprise. She handled all of the vendors, speakers, and special guests with so much attention to detail, kindness and professionalism. We decided to hire these two rockstars through their month-of-plus package so they helped us with our layout, and we had access to their inventory supply (a great added value that I highly recommend!) We had a couple of difficult vendors to manage, and I am so grateful Hailey & Keiana were the ones to not only keep myself and my now wife on task, but also those vendors. They were able to execute our vision perfectly, and we were able to enjoy our day instead of worrying about logistics. If you are looking for your wedding coordinators, look no further. When you’re told by your other wedding vendors that the timeline Simply Golden put together is the most detailed timeline they’ve ever received, that’s saying something! Keiana and Hailey made our planning seamless and answered questions I didn’t even know we would have. Not only were their planning skills amazing, the fact that they had décor we could rent that was included in the price we had already paid made such a difference and helped me lower the décor line item of my budget. Keiana and Hailey are poised, competent, organized, thorough, kind, patient and must have a master's degree in keeping people calm and on schedule on Wedding Day! We worked with SG for our wedding in September at the clementine. We utilized their partial planning package (which is like basically almost full planning) & had the most amazing experience. I’m not a planner person and I get overwhelmed with things so easily. I was also way too busy to get a wedding planned. They took over, emailed vendors requesting quotes & knew all the vendors who could fit into our budget. It was simple and easy and I never felt like crying haha. On the day of is really where they took the cake, I came in and was a ball of emotions and they took all of the decor and random things we brought and just DID it all. I got asked no questions and it was insanely beautiful and went off without a hitch. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and I truly believe it was all thanks to them. I’m so sad it’s over but cannot wait for our vow renewals so that I can utilize their skills again in the future

Hailey + Keiana were so lovely to work with! My fiancé and I went with the Day Of Coordination and were so pleased with how smoothly our day went. We met with Hailey and Keiana a few times before our big day and they really helped guide us and answer any wedding planning questions we had. All of the other vendors we hired were so excited when we told them Simply Golden was coordinating our event. We were so impressed with how professional they were and would 100% recommend them.

Hailey and Keiana are rockstars! We decided to use them for our month of coordinators and are so glad we did! They took care of everything for us so we could enjoy our day, and that we did. They also took care of our timeline and layout, which thank goodness, because I had no idea where to start with that. Hailey and Keiana were always professional and friendly to work with. They ensured everything was done and accounted for during their 30 day take over. Our wedding was perfect because of them. They are incredible.

Keiana and Hailey went above and beyond especially on our special day. Working with them was such a pleasure. Hailey and Keiana are the best. We live in New York and they did EVERYTHING for us on the ground in Nashville. They took the lead on the venue visits, they figured out the decor, they found the caterer, the florist, and the makeup artist for us (all of whom were perfect for our wedding). When the shuttles we needed to get our guests from downtown Nashville to our venue were canceled two days before, they figured out a solution so quickly it was like nothing ever went wrong. I have no idea what we would have done without them. Would 100% recommend Simply Golden if you're getting married in the Nashville area, especially if you don't actually live there.

We really enjoyed working with Simply Golden for a recent investor social we hosted at the Ruby. The team was super supportive and made the day of the event as easy as showing up to enjoy the festivities.

WOW!! What a wedding!!!! We are so so grateful for these two amazing women that literally made our dreams come true. We live in VA and planned a destination wedding in Nashville that we had to postpone 1x during covid. They were so patient and reassuring with us for the 2 years we spent planning. In the last couple of months before the big day they were absolutely integral. Giving us direct advice, offering beautiful suggestions, remembering details that we never would've thought of. The day of they helped pull everything off like magic. They were like miracle workers. We had some mosquito issues and they pulled resources together to take care of that too! And so grateful we chose to do their design package. It turned out GORGEOUS and got non stop compliments of how whimsical and dreamy our reception looked. Wedding planning is SO stressful, even if you're super type A and organized like me... but Hailey and Keiana were incredible and I would recommend them to any engaged couple out there. 🙂

We decided to hire Hailey & Keiana for day of coordination. We had all of our vendors booked but needed someone to take over and handle all things on wedding day. Words cannot describe how on top of it these two are. Although we chose day of, it was much more than just showing up at our venue on the date. We had multiple telephone calls to go over the whole entire timeline created by them down to every single detail. Things I would never even think about! They also were available via email to answer any questions or recommendations I needed during the whole planning process. I had 0 worries on the day of the wedding. Hailey & Keiana were punctual and ready to go immediately when they arrived. You will not regret hiring these wonderful ladies! I cannot thank them enough!

Keiana and Hailey are seriously THE BEST coordinators! They truly saved our wedding. Long story short, we had something detrimental happened the morning of our wedding and we were going to have to cancel our wedding. Then we received some good news and our wedding was back on. We were two hours late getting started. They communicated with all of our vendors, got everyone there, and had everything set up perfectly. Our wedding went off flawlessly and ON TIME. We did the month of coordinating package. Planning with Keiana and Hailey was so easy. You tell them something once and they've got it handled. They remember every detail. They are so great about answering all of your questions. Even when you ask the same question multiple times because you forgot the answer 🙂 You will not find a better team to coordinate your wedding. We also hired a few of our other vendors based off their recommendations. I highly recommend doing that as well. All of our vendors were great and it makes a difference when they've worked together before. I can not recommend them enough to help you plan your wedding!
